Non-Recurring Subscriptions:
Your account will be charged once when you purchase your membership. Your membership is valid for the period of time specified in the membership that your choose. For example, if you purchase a thirty day membership on October 15th, your membership will expire on November 14th. Your card will not be charged again at the end of the membership period. To renew your membership, log in using your email address and password and Click "Join" to purchase a new membership.

30 Day Recurring Subscriptions:
Your account will be charged every thirty days from the day you originally subscribed. For example, if your account was activated on October 15th, your credit card will be automatically charged again on November 14th. If you cancel your account before that time, we will not renew your account. Instead your account will expire on that date. For example, if you were activated on October 15th and we receive your cancellation on October 30th, your account would expire on November 14th.

90 Day Recurring Subscriptions:
Your account will be charged every ninety days from the day you originally subscribed. For example, if your account was activated on October 15th, your credit card will be automatically charged again on January 11th. If you cancel your account before that time, we will not renew your account. Instead your account will expire on that date. For example, if you were activated on October 15th and we receive your cancellation on October 30th, your account would expire on January 11th.

All purchases on collinoneal.net are charged in United States Dollars (USD). Please contact your bank regarding current exchange rates.

You may cancel your membership by logging into your account and going to the Subscription Inofrmation Page. Click the "Cancel" link next to your active membership. Your membership will remain active until the end of the most recent billing period. The billing period will end on the date indicated by the "Date Ends On" field.

If you would like to cancel and do not have your login information available, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information.

Your last name
The subscription number from your initial confirmation email (when you purchased your membership)
The email address you used to purchase your membership

Occassionally we offer discounts when you reach collinoneal.net through special links on partner sites (Manhunt, etc.). If you reached collinoneal.net through one of these links, your discount will show up after you select a membership on the Join page.

Our subscription fees are nonrefundable. You will receive the full benefits of your membership because your password remains active until the end of the most recent paid billing period no matter when you cancel during that period. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further information.
